Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the projector is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@getluminapro.com so we can make it right. The fastest way to get to us is to use the chat icon in the bottom right corner.

We want you to love your cinematic experience. If you are one of those above, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to reach out to us and we will send a new projector to you immediately.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@getluminapro.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
